The Richmond® Essential Plus® 50-gal Tall Power Vent 6 years Liquid Propane Water Heater comes with a 2 years In Home Labor Warranty and has an energy efficient 42,000 Btu burner. This heater provides ample hot water for households with 3-4 people. The power vent design creates an induced draft that is optimal for installations without sufficient space around the heater. The heater also features an FVIR System, an exclusive air/fuel shutoff device that prevents ignition of flammable vapors should they be detected outside the unit.
