The H99ICAT is a small aperture IC AIR-TITE™ housing for accent and task lighting. It is designed for use in insulated ceilings where it will be in direct contact with insulation. It is an AIR-TITE™ housing designed to prevent air flow between living spaces and unconditioned areas.Key Features
- Quick connect wiring connectors included in junction box
- Die-formed housing and plaster frame
- Housing may be removed from plaster frame for junction box access
- The inner housing can be adjusted in the plaster frame to compensate for different ceiling material
- Designed for insulated ceilings in direct contact with insulation
- The inner housing can be removed from plaster frame to provide access to the junction box
- Positioned to accommodate straight conduit runs
- Seven 1/2 in trade size conduit knockouts with true pryout slots
- Slide-N-Side™ wire traps allow non-metallic sheathed cable to be installed without tools and without removing knockouts
- Allows wiring connections to be made outside the junction box
